SUPERZOO was back -- and so was Pet Food Experts! For the second year in a row, we got up close and personal with some of the most exciting new pet products, got a chance to reconnect with some of our beloved retailers and vendors - and got to make new friends as well! But best of all, we got to soak up the energy and excitement of the most passionate people in the pet industry - ourselves included!
Pet pros from around the world gathered at Las Vegas' Mandalay Bay Convention Center to spotlight trends, show off innovative new ideas and share invaluable insights, all aimed at improving the lives of pets -- and the families who love them.

Among the most memorable moments at this year's SUPERZOO was one that truly celebrated the Pet Food Experts family -- by honoring the family that started it all. For their commitment and dedication to pet retail, our CEO, Michael Baker and his family received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the WPA (World Pet Association).
The award recognized the Bakers for their impact on the lives of pets and their families across generations and honored their contributions through Pet Food Experts and Rumford Pet Center. And Michael took the opportunity to express his gratitude to his mom for her inspiration and unwavering support.

It was so exciting to see how much Pet Food Experts has grown since our last visit to SUPERZOO!
Our booth was larger and more dynamic than ever before! With a focus on meaningful connections, the new booth offered counters and conversation spaces that gave us a chance to connect one-on-one and also to meet and greet new visitors!
But none of the excitement, energy or engaging conversation would have been possible without the hard work, passion and dedication of the PFX team. Always going above and beyond to deliver genuine experiences for vendors, retailers -- and each other -- our success at this year's SUPERZOO was yet another reminder of PFX pride in action!
