For those who like to strategize, reviewing the venue map and the show floor layout/vendor list is key to preparing for PFEXPO. The show floor map highlights new vendors with an orange box at their booth and vendors offering cashback deals marked in green. (Behind-the-scenes note: Some existing vendors will be marked as "new" if they've recently expanded into a new region!) The venue map will guide you seamlessly from your hotel room to the bustling show floor, help you find the after-party at Comix Roadhouse, and assist in navigating around Mohegan Sun.
Our biggest change for 2024 is the new after-party hotspot, Comix Roadhouse! Immerse yourself in a country tailgate vibe, where you can ride the mechanical bull, sing along to the tunes of American Honey, and unwind after a day on the show floor. In addition to a new after-party venue, we're welcoming 16 new vendors to PFEXPO East this year - be sure to stop by and say hi!
This area tends to be buzzing with activity towards the end of day two - here's how you can streamline the process. Most importantly, try to get your orders with cashback placed early. Utilize the show floor map to strategize your visit and prioritize vendors offering cashback deals. If your cashback is getting credited to your PFX account, you do not need to go to the Cashback Booth! If you do need to stop by the booth, it's located outside of the show floor in the lobby, adjacent to the Registration Booth. Additionally, you can print out reports at any time during the show - have your Customer ID Number handy to easily search the system and print your reports at the desk in the lobby, right in front of Registration.
